I would just like to congratulate Louise and Janet on their success on Sunday at the NIFMA physique competition in Belfast . They placed 1st and 2nd in their group and between them cleaned up

This was Janet’s first competition since Fitness Star in Canada in September .

She was allot leaner this time around and her abs were shredded. Janet won the Bikini category and placed 2nd in the formal category and 2nd overall.

Louise who started training with me in march this year placed 1st overall ,1st in the formal category and finished 2nd in both other category’s . This was Louise’s first physique competition .

Louise’s initial goal back in march was just to some lose body fat and lean up .

Louise spent a few months with me training and got great results . She then came back to me in August after her holiday’s and decided that she wanted to enter a physique competition . Even know she had been away for a few months she managed to keep her diet clean (90%) and keep the body fat down .

6 weeks later at 11.3% Body fat she won her first physique competition .

I’m chuffed to bits that both girls did so well and it just proves that anyone who really wants to change their physique can .
